| Noval Threshold Calculation Method to Integrate DEMATEL and ISM Availably |

Abstract
Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) are commonly used algorithm tools for complex system factor analysis. Due to the integration of the two tools can be easily used to obtain the hierarchical structure of complex system factors, it is widely used. However, the method needs to be further deepened. In this paper, a new threshold determination method is constructed, and the calculation order of reachability matrix is defined, which makes the application of the integration of the two more scientific. The soft factor hierarchy of total quality management is divided into empirical cases, which not only verifies the rationality and effectiveness of this innovative method, but also shows its multilevel hierarchical structure. The bottom factors are strategic quality planning and top management commitment; Secondly, customer attention; Thirdly, leadership and recognition, with important reference value.
